Fixed: DYN File export was not converting to ENGLISH units needed for default format.
Fixed: When METRIC or CANADIAN units were used and a DNS file was saved more than once without closing it first, the conversion was being duplicated.
While this did not effect the shape of the Dyno Card plots, it did throw off the values shown on the Load and
Postion Axes.

Fixed: When no load data was being detected it would give "divide by zero error" and lock up. Now it displays a message to indicate this so you can know to check for load cell problem.
Fixed: When no Dyno Export Folder was setup in INI it gave "null error".

Fixed bug where negative positions sometimes showed up on display and print
of Valve Check.
Fixed Bug where if CBE Measurement button was clicked before selecting up or
down stroke, then it always showed downstroke on the report. Now it forces the
user to select the direction of the stroke.
Fixed bug where program would hang when printing a case where there was no dyno
plot saved.
