Card Plot Area displays selected suface and downhole (when applicable) cards for the currently selected well.
- To make the card plot full screen, right click on the card plot area and click on the full screen menu choice. Unchecking this box, using the same steps, will return the card plot to it's normal size.
- Set Point Change is changed by dragging the set point to the desired location.
- Additional cards can be viewed by double clicking the card in the card library.
Right Click Menu
- Clear Graph clears the card viewer.
- Print Graph prints currently displayed cards.
- View Downhole displays the calculated downhole plot
- View Predicted displays the RODSTAR predicted plot
- View Load Limits displays set limits for this well.
- View Legend displays the color and names of all the visible plots.
- View Toolbar displays the graph's toolbar
- Card Selection is to indicate which cards automatically are displayed when card viewer is started.
- Last is the most resent card.
- Last and PO is the most recent card and pump-off card
Card Library is a list of cards collected for the currently selected well.
- Date is the date and time (24 hour clock) of when the card was collected.
- Type
- Shutdown cards are collected when pump was last turned off. The card collected represents the most recent shutdown card stored by the POC.
- Startup cards are collected when the pump first starts up. - The card collected represents the most recent start-up card stored by the POC.
- Current cards represent cards collected while the well is pumping.
- DH indicates whether a downhole card has been calculated for that well. If the card does have a downhole card then "Yes" will appear in the column; otherwise, it will be left blank. (except for the Lufkin Model PCM - it always shows a downhole card).
- Save will mark that card to not be deleted after the standard 30 - 60 days.
- Note indicates whether a note has been made for that card. Double Clicking in the box will open the note area to add a new note to the card.
- Selecting the card and then pressing the delete button on the keyboard will delete that particular card. XSPOC will ask for confirmation of the deletion before taking action.
Input/Output Data Boxes show values for current well and selected card.
- IdleTime can be changed by clicking the button next to Idle Time and entering new Idle Time values. You will be prompted for the configuration password, if it has not been entered already during the session.
Analysis Data is a description of the analysis performed on downhole card. It will then explain what is happening at the pump at the time of the selected card, provides information on equipment that is overloaded, and lists possible sources of error within the data and corrections that may have been made.
Command Panel
- Export Card to File saves the card(s) to a file (*.dyn) to a location selected by the user.
- Current Card is the selected card (Last)
- Selected Card is all the display cards.
- All Cards is all cards show in the card library.
- Run XDIAG on card prompts XSClient to retrieve an analysis from XDiag software, using the latest *.XDG file for the well.
- View Analysis Report for selected card opens report for card.
- Email card to theta will create and send card (via email) to Theta Enterprises. When clicked, one will be prompted for email address and name before card can be sent.
- Retrieving Cards (The box displays the model type of POC used on the selected well.)
- Get Card commands XSClient to pull selected card type from POC.
- Type Options
- Current data from latest stoke
- Startup is the first card when pump was last started.
- Pump Off/ ShutDown is the last card before Pump was last turned off.
- PO/ShutDown Buffer get the last several stokes prior to the shutdown condition.
- Sample 10 Live Strokes pulls card for the next 10 strokes. (not available on all POC types).
- Quit Live Sampling cancels get card action.
- Animation lists graphical representations of pump conditions.
