New XDIAG 3.0 Now Available

A new version of XDIAG has been released (see Figure 1).

This new version has many improvements to the user interface and is a full 32 bit version that supports long file names, running multiple copies of the program, and a lot more. Some of the most important new features for the new XDIAG are listed below:

1. Improved and expanded pattern recognition database for more accurate problem diagnosis.
2. Improved user interface including next and previous input window buttons.
3. Improved report that appears the same on the screen as on the printer.
4. Resizable windows.
5. Improved Setup window.
6. The ability to email cases directly from XDIAG.
7. Improved batch run capability that creates MS Excel spreadsheet files.
8. Faster execution.
9. Backwards compatible with previous versions of XDIAG and RODDIAG files.
10. Compatible with the new version of CBALANCE.

This new version of XDIAG is now available for download from our web site. If you are an XDIAG user and you would like to download the new version of CBALANCE, please contact Rudy Nesmith at rudy@gotheta.com to be setup with a user name and password. If you are already setup for downloads, you can simply download this new version from our web site at any time.

If your technical support for XDIAG has expired, back technical support has to be paid plus there is a US$850.00 upgrade charge for the new version.
Customers who have maintained their technical support can download this new version for free.
