Load-cell Flexibility

The T1 Wireless Dyno's unique design allows you to use it as either a single unit (load cell and position transducer together) or separately. This allows you to use either the highly accurate horseshoe load cell or a clamp-on load cell:

• As a single unit, the load cell is installed on the polished rod. You can then attach the rest of the system to it with a unique quick-connect mechanism. This keeps all system components off the ground. It also eliminates lengthy cables from the transducers to the electronics box.
  
  Then, the short antenna transmits the data directly to a transceiver connected to your laptop computer running DYNOSTAR.
• The system can be used with a clamp-on load cell. In this case, a ground stand is used to hold the main unit so that the system stays clean and protected. However, the T1 Wireless Dyno is primarily designed to be used as a single unit on the polished rod with a horseshoe load cell.

Rechargeable Battery Power

The T1 Wireless Dyno is powered by a rechargeable battery that eliminates the need to plug the system into a vehicle's cigarette lighter when taking field measurements.

Position Transducer for Any Stroke Length

The position transducer that comes with the T1 Wireless Dyno System can accurately measure polished rod positions of up to 350 inches, so it can be used even for the long stroke units (such as Rotaflex).
