This error occurs when the program (RODSTAR, etc.) tries to look for the ThetaLM license manager on Windows 2000 and is unable to locate the License Server.
To fix ThetaLM broadcast errors, create a file on the client PC's in the THETA folder called SENTINEL.INI, containing these two lines:
[ThetaLM]
Server={ip-address-or-hostname}
replacing the text "{ip-address-or-hostname}" on the second line with the IP address or host name of the server on your network that is running the ThetaLM license manager.
Place the file in the same directory where you installed RODSTAR (or the program you are running).
