RODSTAR provides the ability to output the report to any printer that you have defined in your printer settings, but there is no built-in option for outputing an image or file that you can grab and email to someone.
However, there is a simple workaround for this.
If you have any program that provides itself as a printer driver, you can print
to it.
For example, if you have WinFaxPro, or e-Fax, or Acrobat then any of these let you install it so it shows up on your system as a printer that you can select and output to.
Once your report is in one of these formats, then you can attach it as an email and send to someone.
