Windows 7 compatible
XDIAG-D for Windows is a revolutionary new software tool that combines state-of-the-art expert system and pattern recognition technology with accurate wave equation diagnostic modeling for deviated wellbores. XDIAG-D uses exact pumping unit kinematics to analyze any available pumping unit geometry. XDIAG-D determines the condition of the pump and calculates fluid level, pump intake pressure, and net pump displacement from the downhole pump card shape. XDIAG-D can also use IPR data to calculate additional possible production.
XDIAG-D is able to use dynamometer information from disk files, computerized dynamometers (including Theta Oilfield Services T1 Wireless Dyno, and Lufkin Automation dynamometer systems), centralized pump off control systems, or from a Summagraphics Summasketch II or compatible graphics tablet. This makes XDIAG-D the only truly hardware independent expert diagnostic analysis program.
After you enter (or import) your deviation survey you can select to see a 3-D plot of the wellbore, spin it around to look at different views, zoom in, etc.. The program shows the different sections in the rodstring with different colors and also shows the rest of the wellbore in black. This shows where the pump is located.
XDIAG-D allows you to take maximum advantage of centralized pump off control systems. It can analyze hundreds of wells in a 24 hour period, and creates a spreadsheet file that presents the results in an organized way.

XDIAG-D for Windows is compatible with all available dynamometer and pump off control hardware, including, among others:
You can also digitize analog dynamometer card plots with Summagraphics or compatible graphics tablets.
XDIAG-D for Windows is designed to maximize the usefulness of centralized pump off control systems. By allowing you to analyze hundreds of wells in a 24 hour period, it helps you locate problem wells faster than ever before. XDIAG-D's sophisticated expert knowledge allows it to detect problems faster and more accurately.
After you enter (or import) the deviation survey for your well, you can see a 3-D plot of the wellbore. This is an interactive plot you can spin around with the mouse to look at different views, zoom in, etc. The program shows the different sections of the rod string with different colors. You can also access this 3-D plot while you are entering deviation data manually. The deviation entry input window calculates dogleg severity, true vertical depth, and North-South and East-West distances from your input of measured depth, inclination and azimuth.
XDIAG-D comes with a huge pumping unit data base (with over 3000 units) that includes data for:
XDIAG-D for Windows allows you to select to use English, SI (Metric), or Canadian (mix of English and Metric) units of measure. You can customize the program by entering your company name, electricity cost, and custom rod grades and measured pumping unit dimensions to avoid having to type them in for each new case. You can set up the automated version of XDIAG-D for automatic execution by specifying the location of the dynamometer files, the directory for storing the summary spreadsheet file, and the time to begin analyzing the wells. XDIAG-D even allows you to customize the summary spreadsheet layout.
XDIAG-D for Windows is very easy to use. It has expert context-sensitive help for every input field, and comes with an artificial lift glossary with definitions for hundreds of terms. Also, XDIAG-D's toolbar allows you to go to any input screen at any time with a single mouse click.
XDIAG-D for Windows is available for a one-time licensing fee. A monthly lease option is also available. Call Theta Oilfield Services for more information and available discounts.
